The Seaside Restaurant is a gorgeous place to dine, if once in Italy. Located in the city of Polignano a Mare in the southern part of the country, the restaurant is installed in a cave.
The Summer Cave belongs to Grotta Palazzese hotel, which is located above the limestone cave. The view is directed straight into the Adriatic Sea. The Seaside Restaurant is open from May to October.
